Koverart ltd is constantly committed to respecting and protecting your privacy and wants you to feel safe both during the simple navigation of the site, and in case you decide to provide us with your personal data to use the services made available.
This page therefore provides the main information on the processing of Users' personal data (hereinafter also referred to as "Data Subjects") when browsing the Sites.

Any other pages that you may consult via links on the Sites, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube or other web pages (including those belonging to other Koverart companies), are not subject to this privacy policy; Therefore, before interacting with these areas we invite you to read carefully the policies of use of these sites.

1. Data Controller and Data Protection Officer
The controller of the processing activities carried out on the Sites is Koverart ltd with registered office at 126 East Ferry Road, Canary Wharf, London, England, E14 9FP (hereinafter referred to as "Controller"). 2. Source of the personal data
Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Sites acquire, in the course of their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of the Internet network (e.g., "IP addresses", domain names of computers used by Users connecting to the Sites and other parameters related to the User’s operating system and computer environment). This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified subjects, but that by their very nature could, through processing and associations with data held by third parties, allow users to identify. These data are used only for the purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Sites, to monitor their proper functioning and, if necessary, to establish responsibility in case of computer crimes against the Sites or other pages linked to them. The navigation data will be automatically deleted after 50 months.
Among the data collected there are also cookies, text files that websites store on the user’s computer during browsing. The Owner uses cookies to provide you with a better and more personalized digital experience. 3. Purpose of the processing, legal basis and data retention periods

The provision of data is necessary and, therefore, the failure to provide personal data will make it impossible for the Controller to provide the requested services. With reference to the purpose of processing referred to in point B) Newsletter, consent to the processing of personal data is merely optional and always revocable, without consequences on the usability of the services available through the Sites, except for the impossibility for the Owner to keep you updated by e-mail.
As regards the purpose referred to in point C) Soft Spam, the User has the right to oppose the processing at any time with the methods indicated at the bottom of the communication or the addresses indicated below for the exercise of the rights set out in articles. 15 et seq. of the GDPR.

4. Processing methods, logics and security measures
The processing is also carried out with the aid of electronic or automated means and is carried out with organizational and processing logics in order to minimize the risks of loss of confidentiality, integrity and availability of data, in accordance with the provisions of current legislation on personal data protection.
With reference to data protection aspects, the User is invited to report to the Controller any circumstances or events in case he suspects or becomes aware of an improper use, fraudulent or improper disclosure of registration credentials by sending a notice to redazione@koverart.art. This information will be used by the Data Controller in order to allow an immediate assessment of the data breach and the adoption of any measures aimed at countering the event pursuant to art. 33 of the GDPR.


5. Communication and data transfer areas
Your personal data may be communicated to employees and collaborators of the Controller or of Koverart ltd companies for the performance of administrative, accounting and IT and logistics support activities, which have been specially appointed authorised subjects for processing.
The Controller may also communicate and have personal data of Users processed separately to third parties that provide services at our request. These include our commercial service providers (e.g. Mailchimp, platform in use for marketing activities, click here to learn more), for this purpose appointed external data processors, as well as third parties that provide computer and telematic services (e.g. hosting services, management and development of websites) instrumental to the operation of the Site. We will only provide these third parties with the information necessary to perform the services requested by taking all measures to protect your personal data.
If, for technical or operational reasons, it is necessary to use entities located outside the European Economic Area, the data recipients will be subject to protection and security obligations equivalent to those guaranteed by the Joint Controllers and the transfer will be regulated in accordance with Chapter V of the GDPR.
Finally, personal data may be communicated to the competent public entities and authorities for requirements of compliance with legal obligations or for the determination of responsibility in case of computer crimes against the Site. The updated list of appointments of the Data Processors is kept at the registered office of the Controller.


6. Rights of data subjects
You can exercise at any time the rights granted to you by data protection legislation, including:
a) to access your personal data, obtaining evidence of the purposes pursued by the Joint Controllers, the categories of data involved, the recipients to whom they may be communicated, the applicable retention period, the existence of automated decision-making processes;
b) to obtain without delay the updating, rectification or integration of your personal data which is inaccurate;
c) to obtain, in the cases provided for, the deletion of your data;
d) to obtain the restriction of processing or to object to it, where possible;
e) to request the portability of the data that you have provided to the Controller, to receive them in a structured format, commonly used and readable by automatic device, also to transmit such data to another controller, within the limits and constraints provided by art. 20 of the GDPR.

In addition, you can submit a complaint to the Supervisory Authority for the Protection of Personal Data pursuant to art. 77 of the GDPR if you believe that the processing is carried out in violation of the law on personal data protection.
