• We don't ask you for rent. You enter the City, we put your "Phigital" works (Max 5 works) for sale in our Utopian Heritage Gallery and we recognize you an annual Premiality (royalties in $UIC) of Exhibition of 10% of the sale value of the work.

• You can use your Reward to advertise in both the Crypto and Social Media worlds (we organize your advertising promotion) 30% of Royalties rewards can be made liquid in euros with the delgi $UIC sale on the Uniswap exchange platform.

• The sales brokerage rate for each work published in the Utopian Heritage Gallery and digital NFT is 45%, which also serves to fund the City's global marketing campaigns, both on social media and in the crypto world, to attract collectors.
