• We don't ask you for rent. Enter the City, we put your "Phigital" works (Max 5 works) up for sale in our Utopian Heritage Gallery and give you an annual Exhibition Award of $50 UIC for each work published. We invest in you, you invest in your visibility.

• You can use your Reward to advertise in both the Crypto and Social Media worlds (we organize your advertising promotion) or it can also be used as a discount coupon for publishing a 2-page article on our BookMag Utopian Identity.​

• The sales brokerage rate for each work published in the Utopian Heritage Gallery and digital NFT is 45%, which also serves to fund the City's global marketing campaigns, both on social media and in the crypto world, to attract collectors.
