UTOPIAN IDENTITY – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Utopian Identity. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Utopian Identity ecosystem, including our website, mobile application, virtual spaces, the UI BANK services, and the commercial platforms for Luxury Design and Beauty & Fashion (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
1. USER STATUS: VISITORS AND CITZENS
The Utopian Identity ecosystem offers two levels of engagement, designed to maintain an exclusive, high-tier community of visionaries and investors.
1.1. Visitor Status: Anyone who registers an account on the Platform without purchasing a Debit Card is considered a "Visitor." Visitors have complimentary, limited access to browse the city’s architecture, view public digital areas, and explore upcoming collections. Visitors do not have commercial or transactional rights within the Platform.
1.2. Citizen Status: An individual achieves the prestigious status of "Utopian Citizen" by purchasing the official Utopian Identity Debit Card. Citizenship unlocks the full economic and social potential of the City.
2. UTOPIAN IDENTITY DEBIT CARD & ANNUAL RENEWAL
The Utopian Identity Debit Card is the key instrument for financial integration within our ecosystem, powered by UI BANK and our integrated payment infrastructure (Stripe).
2.1. Initial Activation Fee: To obtain the physical/digital Debit Card and activate Utopian Citizenship, the user must pay an initial, non-refundable fee of €75.00 (Euro). This payment sblocks the user's UI BANK account and grants full transaction capabilities for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.
2.2. Annual Renewal Fee: To maintain active transactional capabilities and continuous access to the financial ecosystem, Citizens must pay an annual renewal fee of €75.00 (Euro) every twelve (12) months.
2.3. Consequence of Non-Renewal: If a Citizen chooses not to pay the annual renewal fee, the following rules apply:
The user retains their honorary title of Utopian Citizen.
The Utopian Identity Debit Card and all associated UI BANK transactional features will be temporarily suspended.
The user will be blocked from purchasing goods, assets, or exclusive pieces within the Luxury Design and Beauty & Fashion districts until the renewal fee is successfully paid.
2.4. Ownership of Digital Assets and Real Estate Upon Non-Renewal In the event that a Citizen owns a digital asset, artistic property, or virtual real estate (collectively, "Assets") within the Utopian Identity ecosystem and chooses not to renew their annual Debit Card fee, the following clauses shall apply:
Retention of Ownership: The user strictly retains full and legitimate ownership of their purchased Assets. Utopian Identity will not seize, delete, or confiscate any user-owned digital property due to membership expiration.
Right to Liquidate: The user retains the right to transfer, gift, or sell their Assets on authorized secondary markets, subject to any standard platform smart-contract fees.
Suspension of Ecosystem Utilities: While ownership remains intact, all utility, interactive features, and privileges associated with the Asset within the Platform will be suspended. This includes, but is not limited to: access to the virtual interior of the property, structural customization rights, participation in exclusive community governance or events linked to the Asset, and any ecosystem-generated rewards. Full utility will be instantly restored upon payment of the €75.00 annual renewal fee
3. UI BANK & TRANSACTION SECURITY
3.1. Financial Operations: All balances, transactions, and real-time movements are securely processed through the integrated UI BANK interface within the official Utopian Identity App and Web Portal.
3.2. Verification and Security: Access to financial data requires multi-factor authentication or biometric verification. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
3.3. Payment Processing: All card issuances, renewals, and e-commerce transactions are securely handled by our third-party payment gateway partner (Stripe). Utopian Identity does not directly store your full credit card or banking details.
4. EXCLUSIVE COMMERCE (LUXURY DESIGN & BEAUTY FASHION)
4.1. Access Restriction: The purchase of high-end curated goods, limited-edition architectural assets, and biophilic beauty formulas is strictly reserved for active Utopian Citizens with a valid, non-expired Debit Card.
4.2. Availability and Scarcity: Given the visionary and artistic nature of our designs, items are produced in highly limited quantities. Active citizenship does not guarantee item availability but grants the exclusive right to participate in drops and purchases.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND ARCHITECTURAL VISION
All conceptual designs, 3D renderings, architectural layouts, photography, branding elements, and digital assets displayed within Utopian Identity are the exclusive intellectual property of the Platform. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or commercial distribution of these materials is strictly prohibited.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Utopian Identity provides an advanced digital and architectural experience. While we strive for 100% uptime, we are not liable for temporary service interruptions, network delays from payment processors, or forced system maintenance that may temporarily affect your access to UI BANK or commercial platforms.
7. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS
Utopian Identity reserves the right to modify or adjust these Terms, including fees and membership privileges, to reflect the evolution of the city. Users will be notified of major updates via the official App or email. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
